Hi!
I decided to establish an UNfranchise business through Market America. This allows me to work part-time from my home. I not only have more free time now, but I now working a plan for my own financial sucess and not someone else's.

Market America is a product brokerage and Internet Marketing company, which means they find a niche in the market for a specific product and then buy exclusive rights to that product. Your customers order products from your web portal, and you earn a nice retail profit and comission.
And there is something for everyone, we have 14 vertical product lines-everything from cosmetics to health & beauty, pet care, etc.

I hope this has been of some help to you.
If you would like more information, please feel free to contact me at my personal e-mail: Fuentes504@yahoo.com

I am from Kolkata, India, working as an accounts executive for the last one year and now wish to apply for a job in Dubai. What do i do to get a job in Dubai, as i feel that the online websites for recruitment are not helpful enough in securing a good job. Please help.

Answer
No online portal will be helpful.

You will have to physically land in Dubai with a visit visa and search job there.

Currently Dubai's economy is in a very bad shape as it is totally dependent on the US economy.

A smart person would try to look opportunities in India as India has far more job opportunities and a great social life and a superb natural beauty. Dubai cannot offer you anything except some money and bad health.

What's the best photostock service for female lifestyle magazine?

I need to draft business plan for the publishing house I work. Since we didn't use stock photos till now (unbelievable, I know, but we kept using our archives and services like AP and other news photo agencies) I don't now where to start. I need good quality photos for cover as well as for inside pages. Themes are: health, beauty, food etc.

Answer
Legally you cannot use a photo you find on the web with out the photographer's permission.

Stock photography websites contain thousands of existing photographs that can be licensed for specific uses. A customer who uses stock photography instead of hiring a photographer can save time, effort and money. Typically publishers can either purchase exclusive rights to a single image or they can purchase a subscription of sorts. The subscriptions allow publishers to download a limited number of photos over a specified period of time.

Stock photo websites allow webmasters, marketers and publishers to locate pictures for their marketing and promotional materials without the hassle of organizing a photo shoot. With copyright laws businesses must be very careful in using unlicensed photos.

There are also risks to using "free" photographs. Many of the free websites contain collaborative works from multiple photographers and artists. While the websites attempt to monitor the images in their collections in violation of copyright laws, there are no guarantees. If you opt to use photographs or images from a free portal, it is important to keep this in mind.

Here is where you can find some inexpensive stock photo directories:

However, this is Men's Health section. This section is not exactly about hair. You can get some very good informations over in the Hair section of this portal.
