I am from Kolkata, India, working as an accounts executive for the last one year and now wish to apply for a job in Dubai. What do i do to get a job in Dubai, as i feel that the online websites for recruitment are not helpful enough in securing a good job. Please help.

You will have to physically land in Dubai with a visit visa and search job there.
Currently Dubai's economy is in a very bad shape as it is totally dependent on the US economy.
A smart person would try to look opportunities in India as India has far more job opportunities and a great social life and a superb natural beauty. Dubai cannot offer you anything except some money and bad health.

I need to draft business plan for the publishing house I work. Since we didn't use stock photos till now (unbelievable, I know, but we kept using our archives and services like AP and other news photo agencies) I don't now where to start.
