What is your secret to staying youthful-looking? Any lotions or facial creams you use?

*Any cream simply applied to skin is not going to do very much if anything at all. And many so called anti aging creams and countless other skincare and maintenance products have toxic, skin harming, skin aging ingredients. Some cause itchy, blistery skins, rashes and even acne.(Confirm with a Google search).

To maintain skin health and keep it young looking there is no safer, quicker acting treatment than thoroughly massaging with essential oils. They feed skin many nurturing nutrients. See results even in one day.

If face muscles, like any muscles, are not exercised or conditioned they weaken with age, resulting in sagging, loss of skin tightness in turn leading to wrinkles and lines.
First tighten face so to avoid skin pulling by partially opening mouth and pulling lips firmly back against teeth. Then massage quite vigorously with a forward and back motion (not circular) using tips and front fingers and sometimes palms. I always ask all these people how their hair grows so fast, and they dye it and cut it all the time. They always reply to me saying; I have a special shampoo, or a remedy.
Is there any specific shampoos or anything?

There is no sure fire way to make your hair grow faster, there aren't any magic potions that will help you - just nature with a friendly boost.

MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET. This is the foundation to having healthy hair (and healthy anything else). This means eating balanced meals with plenty of protein and iron (two of the buildings blocks for hair growth). You will also want to exercise regularly to increase your body's blood flow.

TAKE A DAILY MULTI-VITAMIN. This will assist in keeping your body balanced and replenish any vitamins that you aren't receiving from eating. One of the first things to suffer from a poor diet is your hair. Take, for example, people with eating disorders - they tend to always have thinning, weak, and very unhealthy hair because the body is saving the nutrients for more important tasks.

DO NOT WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY. For some odd reason, people have been fooled into believing that you need to wash your hair everyday, and that is unhygienic to do otherwise - simply not true.

The natural oils in your hair are a vital part of protecting it and keeping it strong and healthy. If you wash these oils away with harsh shampoos(which is most of them), you leave your hair vulnerable to pollution, heat damage, and any other daily stresses that can do damage.

TREAT YOUR HAIR LIKE A FRIEND #2.

Avoid tying your hair in tight hair ties or corn rows - this can stress your hair and cause breakage. Try loose braids instead.

Especially for dry hair, try wrapping it in a silk cloth before going to bed, or invest in silk or satin pillow cases - your hair can snag on cotton and the cotton also dries out your hair.

START WITH THE ROOTS. You can't have healthy growth if you don't have healthy roots.

Massage your scalp to increase blood flow.

Avoid styling that involves pulling your hair at the roots.

Keep your scalp clean and moisturized (this means lay off of the excessive hair products).

REDUCE BREAKAGE. Often enough, your hair could be growing quickly but you'd never know if it keeps breaking off.

If you have split ends, make sure you get rid of them - trim your hair every few weeks. this also applies to damaged ends.

Always take time to detangle - use a wide toothed comb and start and the end of the hairs and slowly work your way up to your scalp.
