Does tattoo removal creams work on already faded tattoos?

This question is for only thise that used the cream I dont need your suggestion if it may or may not work. Anyway my tattoos are on my forearms and they are really fading so I'm thinking about using a cream to fade them a little more so I can get lazer removal. Does the cream fade it if its black ink?

What is an effective skin lightener?
Q. please don't give me that" be comfortable in your skin" or "ask mj" answer because i dont really care for it. 2 points is nothing compared to a violation and a block. i am here for answers. i want a fast skin lightener please. i really want brighter skin, atleast a couple of shades lighter.
