I want to lose two inches off my waist and an inch off my thighs. I'm actually a thin person, I just want to lose a little extra fat. What's the fastest way to do this?

Answer
There is no nonsurgical fast way to lose fat especially when you're thin. Your body has evolutionary mechanisms to ensure you cannot lose fat fast when you're at a low body fat percent because you need that fat to survive during famine and food shortages. The problems we have today are (a) and abundance of food and (b) a commercially driven unrealistic ideal of the human body.

Notwithstanding the above, it is not possible to lose fat only from a specific part of your body of your choosing. Where your body stores and removes fat is determined by your genetics and there is nothing you can do to change that short of radical procedures such as liposuction. And, in general, where it stores fat first is where it will lose it last and visa versa. The world of health and fitness has an unfortunate abundance of myths and spot reduction is one of them. There is no exercise, no pill, no supplements, no spa treatment, and no natural way to spot reduce. Your only choice is to create a caloric deficit with diet, burn fat, and wait for it to leave the desired body parts.

You may think you're only body fat is at the waist and thighs but start losing fat and you'll see you have more fat than you know. What you really mean is the only unwanted fat you have is at the waist and thighs. If you lost all your fat, your muscle and tendons and sinew would show through your skin and you would look boney, haggard, and gaunt. So, be careful about what you wish for. You may not like the result.

I don't know your age but your question usually comes from 13 year olds so here's an excellent website for you. Be sure to bookmark it and use it. It's been recommended by the US National Institute of Health and has tons of information about your growing and changing body. --> http://teenshealth.org/teen/

Answer
To get a job teaching in a beauty school, you should apply to a Beauty School is your area. The most noted ones are:

Aveda Institutes These schools are directly connected with a line of plant-based beauty products. At the school, students learn how to use these products as part of beauty techniques. The school offers programs in cosmetology, cosmetology, day spa, esthiology, and nail technology. The school has branches across the US.

Empire Beauty Schools This education group is one of the largest, with 87 schools across the US. The group is really a mixture of closely connected schools, rather than a single school. The programs available range very broadly, including almost every aspect of beauty training.

Ogle Beauty Schools The Ogle schools were founded by Shelton Ogle in 1973. Though the schools are smaller and limited to only 4 locations in Texas, the training is some of the best. The Ogle schools focus on hands-on training with good training in the business and relational side of managing a salon. Only cosmetology and esthetology programs are available at this time.
Paul Mitchell Schools Located in Waukesha, WI Paul Mitchell began this series of schools in 1980, focusing on basic cosmetology, skin care, and nails. There are a total of 25 schools across the US, with a larger number in California. With competitive admission, students can be confident in the quality of their training, as long as they are able to get into the program.

Regency Beauty Institute Regency has 30 locations in 9 states. However, the curriculum is consistent across them all, with adjustments to the number of class hours to meet each state requirement. Programs are available in hair, skin and nails. One of the major benefits to this institute is the quality facilities, small class sizes, and experienced faculty.
