recurring red-bruise-like patches on lower back of four-year old-what is it?

Labels:

yesica a

three weeks ago my four year old had bruise-like patches on lower back. I pulled off a tick the same morning I noticed the red patchhes. These patches disappeared and now they are back looking as fresh as they did three weeks ago. They look like bruises that are fading. They are oval shaped and are dark red and clustered in an area that is about 2.5 inches in width and 3 inches in length. The size of each patch is about 5/8 of an inch or smaller in lenght, smaller in width. The patches have not grown or shrank since three weeks ago; they look the same.

Answer
Believe it or not, Acne products contain many natural ingredients you can find in your kitchen cabinet or local grocery store, just in lower concentrations. These products sold on the market are created using these natural ingredients as well as harsh chemicals that can lead to more defined acne scarring.
Natural Apple cider vinegar is a wonderful acne treatment that is extremely cheap and risk free (unless allergic of course). Dip one to two cotton balls in pure apple cider vinegar and apply to acne prone areas; allow the vinegar to dry naturally if you do not mind the smell, or rinse off with warm water after a duration of ten minutes. Lemon juice has been spoken about as an acne-treatment however, may prove irritating to sensitive skin types. To prevent irritation from lemon juice application, use two teaspoons of lemon juice combined with two tablespoons of water (diluting). Apply the lemon juice as you would the apple cider vinegar, using two cotton balls, to acne prone areas. You may repeat both treatments three times a day for however long desired.
Raw brown potatoes contain anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce the overall appearance of acne and it's horrible scarring. You can slice a brown potato into five thin slices, and place on the face while lying on your back. Allow the potato slices to soak on the face for fifteen minutes, then remove, and rinse the face with warm water. Repeat this treatment twice daily until desired.
Products containing Benzoyl Peroxide are regarded as "powerful acne treatments" that can reduce the appearance of acne within one week of ritual application. Proactiv, Neutrogena, and Clean and Clear Skin contain an average 5-8 percent benzoyl peroxide within each individual bottle. While 5-8 percent may not seem like a great deal, however you will find that the potency and its' effectiveness speaks for itself.
Sheer cover is a mineral foundation that reduces redness and based on my own personal experience, eliminated my acne all together. Created by Guthy Renker, this mineral wear contains zero talc and fillers that are commonly found in NYC, Cover-Girl, Maybelline, etc. cosmetics that will cause breakouts if not removed before night. I found my redness and acne to clear within three days of applying this foundation, and I felt absolutely beautiful. Whatever issues you are having with your skin, this foundation will not only cover, but will treat. It's actually available through their website for 30.00 for a month kit containing lipgloss, two foundations, 2 concealer duos, professional brushes to apply your sheer cover, a make-up kit, mascara, and a pallet of different foundation colors. Try it out if you are able.
I hope I helped in some way. Take care! - Katy
