Lets Talk About skin Care, Beauty And Health Tips

I am on a roll with YA tonight. :P
I was wondering if anyone had some G-R-E-A-T skin care tips. I have LIGHT skin and I really want to get darker WITHOUT looking orange, OR getting burnt. How can you get raid of that annoying dry skin??? and breakoutz? What are some good skin care lines I could buy??? and is it true that if you take a bath in milk it's good for u???

using daily exfoliating gloves and also a shower gel with no sls (try Jason organic) will rid your skin of scaling but not dry it too much.
Also use a body lotion after showering, or at night before bed.
For your face Mario Badescu is pretty good, or try Clinique.
Its easier to bath is products that contain milk protein, like ?burts bees than to bath in milk itself.
Milk has a soothing and restoring effect on the skin.

I love Mario. I use cellufirm moisturizer for my face and it keeps my face soft. It's hard to keep my face soft because I have dry skin. I also use the elasto-seamollient hand cream every day and night....pretty addicted to that.
Another fun thing about Mario is they give you a TON of samples of the different products they have. BIG samples....big samples make me happy. :)
I would give them a shot.
