Q. Let's assume I start a business named, Mode, and it would gear to a different audience. It would draw women who want to read about beauty, cosmetics, and health. But there's already a buisness with a similiar name, 'Mod.' but their buisness is about 'fashion' and 'lifestyle'. Could that be trademark infringement even if we have different auidences? I would also put on the top of my logo, 'beauty source.'

UK alternatives to coastal scents?

I really want to get a palette similar to the coastal scents 88 palette or the Celia 120 palette. But between converting to sterling and then paying to post out to over here, it can get quite costly(also would take ages to arrive!).

Does anyone any have a uk alternative to these, that are the same quality? Also, it would be nice if they weren't to expensive either!

Buy them from Ebay! Here's the thing, Coastal Scents does NOT make their own eyeshadow. They buy wholesale palettes from China, slap their logo on the box, and mark the price up. The ones on Ebay are way cheaper and they are literally the same thing. My friend just bought one actaully, do these look familiar?
