How do you keep the skin on your back clear and free of acne, rashy spots etc? Mine seems to get dry, itchy skin sometimes and it's difficult to do much else besides scrub it in the tub (cuz it's hard to reach lol), but I'm starting to think this might be making it worse! Suggestions?

How to rid of my acne? Skin care regimen?

I recently have been breaking out very badly all over my face. Normally I have some blackheads, whiteheads, and a pimple or two but recently its just horrible. My skin is also pretty oily. I am just fed up with not seeing results.
I am currently using Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Exfoliating face wash day and night.
Then afterward, at night I would use ProActive Repairing Lotion (which contains Benzoyl Peroxide) and in the morning Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin Acne Treatment with Salicylic Acid after I wash my face. I was told that Clinique has a real good skin-care system. I took the online thing and it said that I was Skin Type 3-Oily. does that sound right?
is there anything you'd recommend?
