What is an affordable skin care that works for my skin?

I have combo skin, oily on the t zone, reg. mostly everywhere else and have normal sized pores, and have little acne, but my nose and cheeks get really red in fall and winter .... HELP!!!

follow this routine.
buy this stuff, it'll work, i used it and my acne is gone, i tried it on my cousin's and they loved it!
its less than $30 all together and it lasts like 2 months!
go to "sally's beauty supply" and buy 2 face masks.
1st. apricot moisturizing mask -$5
2nd. mint julep face mask -$5
then go to target
1st. Noxzema- $4
2nd. St. Ives blackhead and blemish control apricot face scrub-$4
3rd. neutrogena blackheadad eliminating daily face scrub-$5
you use the blackhead St. ives scrub in the shower, preferably in the morning(its pretty rough so it instantly like kills zits), followed by the neutrogna scrub(its softer so it soothes the skin). the you use Noxzema to remove any excess oil, rub in for about 20 seconds and thouroughly rinse off, it might sting the 1st time, that is normal, afterwards your skin will be noticeably oil free and smooth.
the two face masks i mentioned before are before you go to sleep. only use one, like if one day your face feels oily use the mint mask for 10 minutes and then rinse off using one of the scrubs, on another day if youre face is dry use the moisturizing one for 10 minutes before sleeping and rinse off with one of the face scrub.
try it, youll see results in a week or less. =]

What helps remove dark spots that razor bumps left behind?

I have been using, Bikini Zone Creme, but it doesnt seem to help. I think it just helps smooth reviuos razor bump down, but doesnt remove them
I am a Black young lady and dont really like the sight if them.
Is there ANYTHING that may remove the dark spots??
