My dreams

I'm making my own skin lightening soap and need suggestions on what I should use.
So far I've gotten these on my list:
~papaya extract
~licorice extract
~goat's milk
~lemon juice
Not to be rude but I didn't post this question to receive a lecture. It's simply my personal choice.Either post answers that pertain to my question or keep it moving. ;)

Answer
I run a small home-made all-natural personal-care products business and am currently researching to implement a skin-lightening formula (mostly for dark under-eye circles, but the ingredients are the same regardless of where you apply it). This is my list of all-natural ingredients:
vitamin k (lightening)
kojic acid (lightening)
arbutin (lightening)
hops extract (lightening)
nettle extract (lightening)
vitamin a - retinol (lightening)
licorice extract (lightening, anti-inflammatory)
glucosamine (collagen, lightening)
ascorbic acid (collagen, lightening, reduce wrinkles)
niacinamide (lightening, reduce wrinkles, improve elasticity)
gamma oryzonol - rice brain (lightening)
honey (lightening)
potato juice (lightening)
lemon juice (lightening)
lactic acid - milk (lightening)

some of these are hard to find and/pr rather expensive (like the kijoc acid or retinol) but the rest are readily available through the grocery store or easily obtainable online. If you want more specific information about each, obviously you can research '[ingredient name here] for skin lightening' to see which you might consider to be most effective/worth the investment. Good luck! :)

Is Africa underdeveloped today because of the ruthless plundering and exploitation by the white man?

The Gladia

European colonialization and imperialism has undoubtly been one of the worst thing for the development of human kind. The main objective of colonialization was to establish a master- slave relationship that would lead to a forced respect. Using this stategy, the used the word "civilized" to refer only to their way of life and told their victims that their language was better, their education superior, their way of life beter, and their skin color desirable. Kingdomsthat had reached incredible levels of knowledge were dumbed down to their oppressors ignorance.

Answer
In part, yes.

Africa was decolonized much later after East Asia and Latin America were, for instance. The African nations need time to catch up.

But also, the corruption in African countries are the worst in the world.
The elites are billionaires, but the vast majority of the populace gets zero investment in education, health care, or even potable water.
