Answer
Hmm.
I've personally tried some of the over-the-counter blackhead removers without much success.
I recommend getting a facial, they are AWESOME!
They are about $50-$100 depending on where you go and what level you want.
Not only can your specialist remove the blackheads herself, she will make the rest of the skin on your face look gorgeous.
If you can't afford that, try these steps:
Wash your face
Run hot, HOT water in the bathroom sink - it needs to be hot enough to produce steam. Or, you can boil a pot of water to get steam.
Hold your face over the sink or pot for 5 minutes to open up your pores, and be careful not to burn yourself. If it gets too hot, back up a little.
With a magnifying mirror, use your two thumbs or two index fingers to gently squeeze the skin around the blackheads, almost as if you were popping a pimple. Be sure to cover your fingers with toilet paper to catch the ooze and oils that come out.
Don't squeeze too hard! If it hurts try squeezing differently or move on to another pore. Not all blackheads will come out.
Once you've finished your nose, or wherever you are working, wash your face again with warm water, and follow up by pat-drying your face and applying moisturizer. Or you can wash your face, apply a mud mask, and then moisterize.
I strongly recommend YonKa skin care - it has worked wonders for my skin, and it is used in high-end salons everywhere.
Good luck!
