You can breastfeed and maintain your body, or not ??
I know that there are 101 reasons that has to do with the health of the baby why woman should breastfeed.
Answer
Breastfeeding has helped me lose weight so far. I'm only 2 1/2 weeks after delivery, and my stomach is already flat (almost exactly like before). It's because the action of the baby at the breast stimulates a hormone called Oxytocin (the natural version of Pitocin, a contraction-causing chemical usually given after delivery to help the uterus return to its pre-pregnancy size) to be released, which will help the uterus shrink down, and eliminates the "poochy mommy belly" look.
Also, breastfeeding burns between 500 and 1000 calories extra a day, did you know breastfeeding mothers are recommended to consume as much as they did while pregnant, plus 300 or 500 calories??
Also, breastfeeding helps the breast tissue to contract too, not just the uterus. It helps keep them in shape. Breastfeeding does not cause saggy boobies, pregnancy is what changes them.
These are the things I would tell my girlfriend, if she thought her main interest was to maintain her beautiful body...
I would also tell her, how beautiful breastfeeding is, and how it makes her feel like her body is complete, it is mature, it is serving its purpose. Of course it will not always look perky, tight and sinewy like it did when she was prepubescent. But there is such beauty in a mature form, in a body that has given life.

I have brown hair, what color highlights should I get underneath?
Lizzy Swan
I was wondering if someone could give me some pictures of highlights underneath? My hair is long, and I was thinking of a fun color, possibly a turqoise or blue, but.. I dont know how it would turn out. I have a v shaped long layerd cut, and my hair is mostly straightened, but sometimes curly,. thanks!
Answer
So you are describing to me peekaboo highlights, right? Underneath your hair, which you don't see too much of or it at all until it's up right? Well, first I'll give some color combinations that would be good for different tones of brown, then give some pictures that could give you ideas how to do it, even if it isn't the same color combination.
If your hair is dark brown, and is chocolatey, any sort of blue would be stunning to look at!
If your hair is almost black brown, you can do any color realistically, but blues and purples look best with darker colors, since they are darker colors and match the hair a bit better.
If you have medium to light brown hair- is it golden-y? Do you see reflective tones matching that of a sunset almsot, blonde.orange red tones in it? If so, intense orange, red, blonde, or even a bold deep pink would look interesting with this. It doesn't conflict with your hair's tones, but it won't blend in completely so it will look quite nice.
If your hair is more ashy naturally, or neautral (in between or neither) A cool color should be chosen. Blue, Purple, Green, Silver even? Even an intense Indigo would look good.
