I am 35 and I have noticed that the skin around and on my eyelids is starting to become loose. I want to know if theres something out there that actually works to help tighten the skin up.

Ok well im 23 years old...and i wasnt looking for aging products...i just asked my ma if she knew any good lotions cos i needed to get some....and she said she has some extra really good face stuff...so i said sure i'll take it even if its for aging...it must still clean your face and be good for your skin...and its never to early to start...so she gave me it and ive been using it for about a week now...im really young soooo i probably wouldnt notice diff on my skin as far as how it looks...but i can def tell that my face feels really soft..and this stuff smells really good and it comes with cleanser...face mask...around the eye cream...all over face lotion for day/night....and i dont know exactly how good the results are for older woman...but my ma is 50...and she says its really good....here is the link

Does your hair texture change as you get older?

Girl

I've noticed that alot of older women (40's & 50's) have hair that looks really hard and crispy and fried. Like their hair just doesn't feel soft at all, it just feels so hard and it doesn't move. Helmet hair basically.

Is it because they are using hair spray or is it because of their age?

Answer
Not exactly. It may dry out a little bit. And gray hair does have a slightly coarser texture than natural colored hair. This is because the older you get, the more dried out your skin will be. If you have dry skin you typically also have dry hair. So because your skin is not producing those oils like it did when you were younger, your hair is suffering from lack of natural oils.

Their hair probably looks crispy and fried because of what they're doing to it. My mom is 51 and her hair is gorgeous and silky. She colors it at home herself with a semi-permanent hair color at the most once a year. My mother-in-law, 55 years old on the other hand, changes her hair color...and I'm not joking about this, every 3 weeks with permanent dye...I'm really surprised it hasn't fallen out. And it's condition is so bad. Dry, frizzy. It looks very unhealthy.

If you take care of your hair it will not look bad when you're older. Of course, all you'd have to do if it did look that bad is hold off on the products until it all grew out.
