OK, here's the skinny. I always recommend to start with an eBay store and the main reason is traffic. I know A LOT of people that have proceeded counter to my advice, started their own .com store and then come asking how to get traffic. eBay has millions of users running through listings everyday. You can focus on growing your business, sorting out your items, drop ship partners etc... and then expand to your own store. Then, you have a solid customer base, some sales and money under your belt and you can fund your new .com store and work on generating traffic to it while your eBay business runs on autopilot in the background.

I'm seeking a manager to send information to about being a local vendor for their store. The product I have works and is patented in the health/beauty area. To get in shape, you will have to work out. If you never work out, start slow - walk outside or on the treadmill for as long as you can stand it. Also lift weights (don't just do cardio.) If you are relatively thin and just want to get leaner, try yoga or pilates.

Supplements will NOT take the place of getting a good nights' sleep and eating well/avoiding junk food. Your best bet is simply to take a multi-vitamin.

For good skin, moisturizing is key. Moisturize your body at least 3 minutes after you get out of the bath/shower, and use a cream (which usually comes in a pot) versus a lotion (which usually comes in a bottle with a pump). Hot water strips your skin of natural oils, and it's essential to replace those oils immediately. Also moisturize your face when you go to bed with a light moisturizer made for your face. I usually use Oil of Olay.

For your hair - if it's dry, use a hair mask/deep conditioner, or something like VO-5 hot oil, once a week or once every couple weeks. Also be sure to sometimes use a clarifying shampoo and conditioner, because they remove build-up. I have normal-to-dry hair, and I have 2 sets of shampoos and conditioners: one that is moisturizing (since it's winter) and one that is 'clarifying'--basically one that looks like a gel instead of creamier (I use Pantene Pro-V Ice.) Generally though - I wouldn't expect it to be much more than minimum wage for a standard position
