Health Care Reform: Unconstitutional?

Q. If the health care reform is demanding that all employers give employees health care, isn't that unconstitutional and socialist? You have to work to EARN things, not have it given to you. I'm only 14, so I may not have gotten this right, but my father is an employer and talks about how ridiculous it is. Frankly, I'm worried about my future. I want to know if Obama is screwing the country. People FOR Obama, no stupid, insulting remarks about my distaste for our president. Also, I don't know the rules, so if I said something I wasn't supposed to, PLEASE let me know.

Compelling persons to purchase a commercial product is, in my opinion, unconstitutional, but I am not a lawyer. If the issue goes to SCOTUS, the decision will probably be a 5/4 split.
